The thing that would inspire me and drive me to climb Everest is the thrill. Attempting to climb the mountain and then succeeding is the best feeling you can get. Even with the harsh weather and the traumatizing deaths, persevering to the top of Everest shows the best determination and strength in a person. Climbing a mountain has many risks especially death, which many people face and know when they do something. Idols like Jon Krakauer could be the inspiration to children. When Neil Armstrong landed on the Moon, didn’t you want to go to? After Jon Krakauer climbed Everest, how did you feel? I would’ve wanted to climb the mountain no matter what.

I would want to climb Everest because I would get to see the entire world stretching out before me from the very top. It wouldn't be the same as seeing it through a tiny airplane window at a similar altitude. I would also enjoy the feeling of achievement of reaching the summit and maybe a little bit of publicity.

I think that the fact that you could be the tallest thing on earth and the thrill of accomplishing a hard and death filled adventure. The fact that only a few amount of people ever were able to reach the summit. the sesational feeling to join the small club of people who were able to climb Everest.

The thing that would inspire me to try to climb Mt. Everest would be the good feeling inside for either climbing to the summit or because I would be trying something new. Also I would do it for the sense of adventure since there are many obstacles to get past and for how much energy and strength to get up the mountain. Mt. Everest would have to make you have a lot of ambition to completing it. Lastly to inspire me to try to climb Mt. Everest is a role model that has climbed it many times to show that I would have the same chances to get to the top if I trained hard.

I agree with every one else, but still I would like the bragging rights that would come afterwards. Also, the feeling of thrill of climbing the tallest mountain would be awesome because all of the hard work that you have gone through is leading up to a single moment. That is why I would climb Everest.

I agree with everyone: I would definitely climb Mount Everest for the thrill and the feeling of accomplishing something that produced many challenges. Sure, I would have to endure many hardships, including weather, sickness, and pain. But it would all be worth it: To stand on top of the world and say to myself “I just climbed to the top of the world” would be an extraordinary felling of pride and self accomplishment. This is the reason I would climb the tallest and most deadly mountain on the face of the earth.
