After reading about the lost and dead climbers do you think the climbers were not meant for Everest, didn’t have it in them to get back down, or were just in the wrong spot at the wrong time?
I think it is a little bit of each. I think some climbers that were lost were not as experienced and maybe should not have been on Everest. Other climbers just gave up on them selves or didn’t have the will power to make it back to camp four to get to the tents. I also think some of the lost and dead climbers were in spots where the storm was the worst and because of their location on the mountain it made it impossible to reach camp four with out going off course.
